| Ingredients: |
2 lbs. - ground beef chuck
4 - 15 oz. Ranch Style Beans with jalapeños
(for less spicy soup use 2 cans without jalapeños)
1 large can - stewed tomatoes
2 -14 oz. cans of diced tomatoes with mild green chilies
1 - 14 oz. can of Mexican style stewed tomatoes
1 package - taco seasoning
1 package - Hidden Valley Ranch dip
1 cup - chopped fresh cilantro
4 cups - water
| Directions: |
Brown meat, add taco seasoning. Combine all ingredients in large soup pot. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 1 hour. Serve with grated cheese, chips, avocado or Mexican style corn bread.
