Description:

Ingredients:
1 cup - sliced onion
1 - clove garlic
½ cup - diced celery
1 tablespoon - flour
3 tablespoons - oil
1 teaspoon - salt
1 teaspoon - sugar
1 tablespoon - chili powder
1 cup - water
2 cans - tomatoes
1 tablespoon - vinegar
2 cups - shrimp
Directions:
In a Dutch oven, sauté onions, celery and garlic in oil over medium heat until tender. Combine flour, salt, sugar, chili powder and ¼-cup water. Add ¾-cup water. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add tomatoes, vinegar and shrimp. Cook until shrimp are done and well mixture is well heated 20-30 minutes. Serve over rice.
