|2 sleeves - Maria's cookies
juice - of six lemons (about 1/2 cup)
1 can - sweetened, condensed milk
3-4 - thin slices of lemon
|Mix together in blender the lemon juice and both cans of milk until well mixed. Place cookies in a layer on bottom of 11"x7" pan. Cover with a layer of the lemon juice/milk mixture. Add another layer of the cookies and top them with the remaining lemon mixture. Place lemon slices on top for garnish, if desired. Refrigerate overnight or at least four hours.
