Easy Fiesta Corn Salad |

| Ingredients: |
2 cans - Mexicorn - drained (niblets with red & green pepper)
1 cup - mayonnaise
1 cup - shredded cheddar cheese
Chopped onion (optional, but good to add)
1/2 bag - Chili Cheese Fritos
| Directions: |
Mix first four ingredients and refrigerate until serving time. Just before serving, stir in Fritos.
