Deneen's Chicken Salad Sandwiches |

| Ingredients: |
1 1/2 lbs. - boneless skinless chicken breast halves
grilled and cut into bite size pieces (or use 2 cups
caned cubed chicken)
1 cup - chopped celery
1/2 cup - chopped green peppers
1/4 cup - chopped fresh cilantro
3/4 cup - mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbs. - sweet pickle relish or dill if preferred
1/2 tsp. - onion powder
1 tsp. - lemon juice
1/3 cup - sliced toasted almonds
Salt and pepper to taste
| Directions: |
In a bowl combine all ingredients and refrigerate until
cold. Serve on croissants with lettuce and tomato.
