Description:
Kara says: "Yummy, melt in your mouth, gooey treat that wraps up a chocolate chip cookie into a pie. Easy to make and worth every calorie!"
Ingredients:
1 cup - Semi Sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup - butter, melted(but let cool before pouring into mix)
1/2 cup - flour
1/2 cup - brown sugar
1/2 cup - sugar
2 eggs - beaten
1 tsp. - vanilla
1 - Mrs. Smith's frozen deep dish pie shell (leave in freezer until time to pour in ingredients)
1/2 cup - pecans (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix together choc chips, nuts (optional) and eggs. Add sugars, butter and flour. Stir in vanilla. Pour filling into pie shell and place on baking sheet. Bake 35-40 min or until filling is bubbling and crust in lightly browned. You want the middle to jiggle slightly. The more gooey you like it, the less you want to cook it. Garnish with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
