Description:
iced brownies
Ingredients:
Ingredients for brownies:
4 - eggs
2 cups - sugar
¾ cup - oil
2 teaspoons - vanilla (preferably Mexican)
1/3 cup - cocoa
1 ½ cups - flour
½ teaspoon - salt

Ingredients for icing:
3 tablespoons - margarine
2 tablespoons - cocoa
1 ½ cups - powdered sugar
milk
Directions:
For brownies: Beat four eggs and mix with 2 cups sugar, 3/4 cup oil and 2 tsp. vanilla (Mexican is the best). Add this to 1/3 cup cocoa, 1 ½ cups flour and ½ tsp. salt. Mix well and bake in a greased 13x9x2 pan (I prefer glass Pyrex) at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Don't overbake -- they are best when slightly underdone.

For icing: 3 tbl. margarine, 2 tbl. cocoa, 1 ½ cups powdered sugar. Add milk until you get the consistency you want. Pour over hot brownies in pan.
